Friday November 5th 2010 - Winter Driving, a new course launched by the Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, is specifically designed to ensure that even the most seasoned driver is prepared for the dangers and demanding road conditions that the winter brings. Road accident figures show casualties soar in the winter months, with November 2009 having the highest number of serious accidents on Britain’s roads, closely followed by December. read more

Wednesday June 23th 2010 - A revolutionary new UK driving school has been a huge success in its first year, attracting more than 2,500 students and nearly doubling the first time driving test pass rate, compared with the national average. Lewis Hamilton launches RoadSense - New Initiative Set To Take Road Safety Lessons to School Pupils
Sunday December 6th 2009 - Today British Formula One star, Lewis Hamilton launched RoadSense, a brand new road safety initiative developed by the Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy. Piloting in Surrey, the launch of the educational scheme was also supported by Surrey County Council, the Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and Surrey Police who were also in attendance at the event. read more

Friday July 30th 2009 - The school holidays are upon us, and so is the Summer Driving Challenge at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge. Fun driving activities will take place throughout August, with the Top 100 challengers competing for a place in the Grand Finale on 2nd September to beat the score set by current Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton. read more
Lewis Hamilton Launches The First Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy For Young People
Saturday June 13th 2009 - Today British Formula One star, Lewis Hamilton, opened the first Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge Surrey. At the event Lewis also took part in a precision driving performance with local teenagers and then spent some time mingling with fans and taking a few lucky teenagers onto the track to teach them some basic driving skills from the Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy curriculum. read more
