The Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy team of coaches are all Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and are with us for two reasons:
- They have the high level of skills and qualifications that we demand.
- They have a passion to be more than just traditional driving instructors.
All our coaches believe that driving is a life skill and that teaching it should be about more than simply getting people through their test. For them, it’s a vocation, not just a job.
They use the latest training and evaluation methods, based on the Goals of Driver Education matrix: a structured system that includes no fewer than 190 separate skills designed to produce drivers who are safe, courteous and confident and who actively enjoy driving from day one. The Academy’s philosophy of lifelong learning applies to our coaches, too. So, unlike many traditional driving schools, our team undergoes regular, comprehensive training and Continuing Professional Development. They’re trained specifically to deliver Under-17 Training and Parent/Partner Training, just some of our products and services that go beyond what traditional driving schools can offer.
